Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY All bookings require a valid card on file. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Please schedule appointments to end at least 1 hour before your event, photoshoot, or call time to ensure a full and relaxed glam experience. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 50% service fee. TRAVEL POLICY Travel typically begins 30–60 minutes prior to the appointment start time. Once the artist has begun travel or kit preparation, the appointment becomes non-refundable. Travel costs are included based on mileage and location tier (0–50 mi, 50–100 mi, 100–150 mi). LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Clients are expected to arrive on time and be ready for their session. If you are more than 8 minutes late without calling or texting, and the artist has made attempts to reach you by phone and text, your appointment may be canceled with no partial or full refund. If lateness reduces the available time to complete the full glam within the required service window, the artist reserves the right to modify or shorten the service. In such cases, no refund or partial refund will be issued since the reserved time, prep, and setup have already occurred. REFUND POLICY If a session cannot be completed due to a time conflict, filming schedule, or client delay that prevents the artist from completing the service as booked, a partial refund (typically 40–60%) may be issued at the artist’s discretion. Partial refunds exclude travel, preparation, or reserved booking time already incurred. PROCESSING & LEAD FEES All third-party platform and payment processing fees (Wix, Thumbtack, etc.) are non-refundable. These fees are automatically deducted by the platform and cannot be returned even in the event of cancellation or partial refund. TIPS & TAXES Tips are discretionary and non-refundable. Applicable taxes adjust automatically based on refund amount. By booking with Diva Cosmetics, clients agree to all listed policies and acknowledge that travel and preparation costs begin before the appointment start time.
